Paul Quinn

Paul Quinn has over 25 years of experience in personal injury, commercial, estate and family law litigation. He has been self-employed for over 20 years and has a far-reaching litigation practice that undertakes Personal Injury work all across New South Wales.


Paul adapts his approach to meet the needs and priorities of his clients and provides sensible and practical advice. He is a clear and concise communicator who never loses sight of his client's interests. While he is always open to exploring commercial alternatives to litigation, Paul enjoys the strategy of preparing matters for hearing in court.

Securing millions of dollars for Plaintiffs by way of judgments and settlements against insurance companies. 


Acting for a Southern Highlands family with respect to the death of their daughter and effecting nationwide protocols for storage of soccer goalposts so as to minimise the risk of accident and negotiating a compensation settlement.

Successfully appearing before the Court of Criminal Appeal: The matter of R v Tory (2006) NSWCCA 18 


Successfully representing clients prosecuted by the Australian Taxation Office under Project Wickenby Financial Crime Task Force.


Representing a Southern Highlands business against Wingecarribee Shire Council and successfully defending and negotiating against the threatened closure of their business: Land & Environment Court matter 18470 of 2012.

Simone Quinn

With over 25 years in legal practice, Simone Quinn has had diverse experience in both private and government practice, including commercial law, retail supply agreements, leasing, wills and probate, estate disputes, professional disciplinary matters and family law. 


Simone's particular interest lies in criminal defence matters, and she has acted for numerous clients throughout NSW in the Local Court, Children's Court, District Court, Supreme Court and the Court of Criminal Appeal. She is on the NSW Legal Aid panel for summary criminal matters. 


In her capacity as a criminal defence lawyer, Simone has achieved sound results for her clients in drink driving, assault, traffic and drug matters. Of particular note is her involvement in the trial of R v Domio in 2018, which represented the first charge in NSW for a death under 'one punch' legislation. In that matter, the Defendant obtained a not-guilty verdict before a jury at Wollongong District Court.

In 2019, Simone was involved in the matter of R v Polley. In that matter, the jury acquitted our client of multiple charges of perverting the course of justice and of hindering a police investigation.

Kristy Elton - Conveyancer / Paralegal

Kristy Elton has an excellent knowledge of property law and online PEXA conveyancing transactions for residential property sales and purchases in NSW and the ACT. In addition, Kristy has extensive experience acting in relation to subdivisions as well as commercial leasing. 


As well as her background in property, Kristy also assists with all personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, Wills, estates and probate. In this role, she is well-versed in understanding and managing the vagaries of the different rules and regulations of the courts of NSW and the ACT.

Suzanne Harrison - Paralegal

Suzanne is a dedicated personal injury Paralegal with experience in handling all types of personal injury claims, including workers' compensation, motor accident, victims compensation, total and permanent disablement, income protection, public liability and medical negligence claims. Suzanne works alongside and assists principal solicitor Paul Quinn with every aspect of the firm's personal injury clients and claims.


Suzanne has excellent and well-developed research and communication skills. She has a comprehensive understanding of all New South Wales personal injury legislation and guidelines and is adept at disseminating the complex procedural requirements of the state legislation in a way the clients can easily understand.


Suzanne is very client-focused, and her post-graduate qualifications in psychology make her uniquely positioned to support the firm's personal injury clients as they adapt to different life circumstances due to their injuries. She enjoys supporting clients through the claims process and empowers them to act on their own behalf when appropriate.
